Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Psychotherapists to join our growing team. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide clinical counseling and therapy services to individuals and couples in a office setting or through telehealth. Your expertise in understand the long term impact of environmental, social and relational trauma, on children, adolescents, and adults and your ability to work together as a team, providing encouragement, support and creative collaboration will be essential in helping patients on their journey to healing and recovery. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and couples counseling sessions with patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide trauma-informed care for patients with PTSD when applicable
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Implement appropriate interventions to support patient progress
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in psychotherapy

-Participating in regular consultations/supervision and trainings

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Psychotherapist where applicable
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping

Preferred Skills:
- speaking, Experience in dance therapy or other expressive arts therapies is a plus.

- Knowledge of Integrated holistic approach to treatment
